A wheat thresher is suitable for threshing wheat crops and is highly popular. It is basically a chaff cutter type thresher and has a high capacity 45hp tractor and 30hp electric motor is required to operate wheat thresher. It has two types and is operated by a p.t.o (power take-off) shaft.
Commonly 100 cutters are used in the drum wheat thresher giving 1200 to 1400 kg production per hour.
